As much as I adore summer, I absolutely love dressing for fall – it’s my favourite season for fashion. Although, not going to lie, I feel like it’s definitely easier to dress my pregnant body in summer (literally throw on a flowy dress and good to go!), I have found some go-to fall classic pieces that work for my body and style personality. They can easily be dressed up or down too!
First, let’s begin with these faux leather leggings have been a major asset to my maternity wardrobe. I’ve already written a review blog about them, you can check it out here. I will say again, they are comfortable and so versatile. I can dress them up and down and they make me feel good in these last final weeks of pregnancy (which isn’t always an easy task).
This oversized blazer is non-maternity. I picked it up in the spring when I was just a few months pregnant and I love it! Unfortunately, it’s no longer available, but I’ve linked some similar options at all different price points.
This tank has been in regular rotation as well. I mean, every wardrobe needs a white tank – it’s an essential – right!? I loved the style of this white one so much, I scooped it up in a striped version, cream, black and white. They just work with so much and are great for layering.
Lastly, these Frye sneakers have gotten me through so many days during this pregnancy. I got them when I was 8 weeks pregnant. I ordered them to my hotel when we were holidaying in Miami, because my current white sneakers were not comfortable (after wearing many, many times). As soon as I put these on, I knew I made a good purchase. They were like butter. I wore them walking around and didn’t event bother my feet at all! Plus, they are on sale right now!
