The world’s FIRST Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy!

I hope you’re having a great week! Today I am sharing a product that was sent to me to try. As a blogger, I often get sent products and although I appreciate companies taking the time to send things out, because I love trying new things. However,  I really only share the ones that I really love or think are so good others need to know about them too. This is one of those that checks both boxes!

I have always wanted to try Apple Cider Vinegar for as long as I can remember. There are so many benefits. The thing that held me back, is the fact that I already take a multitude of “good stuff” (someday I will blog on this), so to try squeeze in another teaspoon of something that probably doesn’t taste great – just never made it into my regime. So, when I received these Goli Gummy, I was super excited to test them out.

TheGoli Gummy offer all the old age benefits of traditional apple cider and vinegar, plus they have other benefits that the traditional ACV doesn’t have AND they taste good (they really do!). They are made in California and are vegan, gluten-free, kosher, vegetarian, vegan and contain mother. They are also infused with superfoods such as pomegratnes and beetroot. That said, of course I wanted to take them for a few weeks to see if I noticed a difference.  I do love that I can carry them in my purse and take them on the go, when I think of it. It makes it super easy. I also love that AVC is good for your skin, your energy, balances out blood sugar, and can help you lose weight. I would take these to mainly help with my blood sugar, as I have a MAJOR sweet tooth, which became even more out of control since being pregnant with my second child. All the other benefits are just a super bonus, really.

I have to admit, after only for two weeks, I do notice I don’t crave sweets as badly. I still eat them and like them (this is a discipline thing haha), but am not eating half as many. I am hoping this improves even more as time goes on.  Right now I am taking 2 a day, but you can take up to 6, so maybe I should increase to 3 or 4. I also noticed that I don’t feel hungry all the time (which says a lot considering I am breastfeeding). Lastly, I am noticing my skin is looking extra good. I have also recently introduced some new skincare products into my regime, so not 100% sure I can give all the credit to Goli on this.
